Richard Prendergast’s Sylvia is screened hot on heels of its ‘best short’ win at the 2018 Norwich Film Festival; Joshua Dickinson’s Spiral is a taut, single-shot thriller filmed just metres away in the car park under the New Wolsey Theatre.
