Jellow began classical singing classes at the age of 8. She grew up and went to school in North West London, and wrote her first song at the age of 13. Learning and playing the piano as a teenager, she performed in open mic nights and music venues across London. She's now writing and recording her own music in Suffolk, and occasionally works with Brazilian producer Walman Filho. She names Freddie Mercury and Elton John as her main songwriting influences and Diplo as her individual production influence.
